Customers may expect that any and/or all information pertaining to their order, including but not limited to: name, phone number, address, order details such as t-shirts ordered, quantity ordered, etc., artwork and any communication between Creative Advertising USA and the customer (such as e-mails, faxes, etc.) to be kept in our records. This is for reference when placing orders in the future and to assist in resolving any quality control concerns. Survey cards that are sent out with your order and that are returned will be posted on our website in our testimonials section. If you do not wish that your survey card be posted, please indicate so on your survey card. We do not keep any payment information (credit card numbers, checking account numbers, etc.) for any of our customers. Payment information is used to collect any amount due on an order when authorized and is then destroyed in a secure manner. If amounts due are not received on agreed terms, we release enough financial information to allow proper and efficient use of collections to collection agencies.

Visitors to our site may expect to be tracked via a tracking cookie and/or client/server-side tracking tools. Any personally identifiable information that does not pertain directly to an order, except a unique random identifier, is discarded when your browsing agent leaves our domain. The aforementioned identifier is used to uniquely identify your shopping cart and keep track of the items in your cart. The identifier can identify your saved designs in the Creative Canvas® application in addition to any account you setup via the application itself. If we, Creative Advertising USA, at our sole discretion, believe our data to be at risk of being compromised, will log any and/or all IPs and timestamps and notify the appropriate authorities for full prosecution to the full extent of the law as applicable.

Any information we keep on customers and visitors is not sold, rented, lent, borrowed or otherwise released to any third party except where required by United States law.
